Terms & Conditions
Operated by Regal 38i83 Ltd · Company Registration Number: 11449290 · Registered in England and Wales · Website: https://onebyon3.com · Effective Date: 19 October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to ONE by ON3 ("ONE", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), operated by Regal 38i83 Ltd ("Regal").
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of ONE, including its website, mobile application, community features, service marketplace, free service exchanges, recruitment opportunities, collaborative teams and related functionality.
By registering for or using ONE, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Standards and Acceptable Use Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
ONE is a digital platform that enables members to connect, advertise services, discover opportunities, exchange skills, collaborate and enter into agreements directly with one another.
Regal acts as a platform operator and facilitator.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• Regal is not the provider or purchaser of services advertised by members.
• Regal is not a party to agreements entered into directly between members.
• Regal does not employ or engage members offering services through ONE.
• Regal does not guarantee the performance, suitability, quality or outcome of member-provided services.
• Regal does not act as an employment agency in relation to ordinary job advertisements.
• Regal does not provide banking, electronic money accounts, regulated payment services or consumer credit through the current Platform.
Regal remains responsible for its own obligations as platform operator, including obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Eligibility and Registration
Members must provide accurate information when registering and must keep their account information reasonably up to date.
Members must:
• Have the legal capacity to accept these Terms or satisfy applicable requirements for minors.
• Provide a valid email address.
• Complete applicable verification requirements.
• Use the Platform lawfully.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Avoid creating fraudulent, misleading or duplicate accounts.
ONE may require additional verification where appropriate for fraud prevention, safeguarding, professional qualifications or payment eligibility.
Access by minors is subject to applicable age restrictions, parental consent requirements and safeguarding controls. Features involving contracts, payments or regulated professional services may be restricted.
Regal may refuse or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations or enforce these Terms.
4. Member Profiles and Verification
Members may create profiles describing their skills, qualifications, experience, services and interests.
Members are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide.
ONE may undertake automated checks, including identity, fraud, sanctions, professional credential and public-source checks where appropriate and lawful.
Verification indicators relate only to the checks actually completed. They do not constitute an endorsement, professional guarantee or certification of service quality.
Where professional registration or qualifications are legally required, the member must hold and maintain them.
Regal may request evidence and suspend affected services pending verification.
5. Service Marketplace
Members may advertise and provide lawful services through ONE, subject to applicable eligibility, moderation and verification requirements.
Service providers are responsible for:
• Describing their services accurately.
• Establishing their prices and availability.
• Holding required professional qualifications, registrations, licences and insurance.
• Complying with applicable consumer, employment, tax and professional obligations.
• Delivering agreed services with reasonable care and skill.
• Honouring agreements made with customers.
Customers are responsible for reviewing service descriptions, prices, provider details and contractual terms before making a booking.
A booking or service agreement is entered into directly between the relevant customer and provider, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
ONE facilitates the arrangement and may provide booking records, electronic agreements, notifications and payment integration.
6. Paid Services and Platform Fees
Where paid bookings are enabled, the applicable price and fees will be displayed before payment.
ONE's current standard platform fee is 6% of the service transaction amount, subject to any clearly disclosed exceptions or changes.
The 6% platform fee is separate from, and additional to, any payment-processing fees. Stripe's processing fees are charged by Stripe to the service provider's own connected account and are not collected by ONE.
The party responsible for paying each fee, together with any applicable payment-processing charges, must be identified before checkout.
Regal may change its fees prospectively, provided users are informed before agreeing to affected transactions.
Payments made through the platform are processed by Stripe. ONE by ON3 provides the platform and does not itself provide payment processing services.
ONE uses a Stripe Connect arrangement under which eligible service providers receive payments through their own Stripe connected accounts. Service providers who use Stripe Connect are bound by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, available at https://stripe.com/legal/connect-account-agreement, together with Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
The ON3 Wallet displays non-cash ON3 Points; it is not a bank or payment account and does not hold customer money.
Payment availability depends on provider eligibility, supported countries, currencies and Stripe's requirements.
7. Booking Agreements
Members may be required to accept an electronic agreement before completing a paid booking.
The agreement may specify:
• The parties.
• The service description.
• The agreed price.
• Delivery dates or times.
• Location or remote delivery arrangements.
• Cancellation provisions.
• Responsibilities and agreed deliverables.
ONE may generate electronic copies of agreements, receipts and booking confirmations.
Electronic acceptance may be recorded with relevant timestamps and transaction references.
Members should retain copies of their agreements and communications.
8. Cancellation, Refunds and Disputes
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the applicable agreement, the circumstances of the transaction and mandatory consumer protection law.
Service providers must comply with applicable statutory cancellation and refund obligations.
Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer's statutory rights, including rights relating to services not performed with reasonable care and skill or applicable distance-contract cancellation rights.
Where a consumer has a statutory right to cancel, any exception or early-performance arrangement must satisfy applicable legal requirements.
Refunds relating to paid services will ordinarily be processed through the relevant payment provider and applicable platform workflow.
ONE may assist with communications and dispute resolution but does not automatically become the contracting party or guarantor of a member's obligations.
Members may contact ONE Support if a booking dispute cannot be resolved directly.
9. Free Service Exchange
ONE enables members to exchange skills or services without making a monetary payment through the Platform.
Members may agree to provide services to one another on a reciprocal basis.
Free exchanges may involve two or more members.
Each participant must understand and accept the agreed scope, responsibilities, deliverables and timing before an exchange becomes active.
An exchange agreement may identify:
• Participating members.
• Services to be exchanged.
• Intended recipients.
• Deliverables.
• Completion dates.
• Cancellation arrangements.
• Other agreed conditions.
ONE facilitates the exchange but is not a party to the agreement between members.
ONE does not guarantee that any participant will perform their obligations.
Members remain responsible for applicable legal, tax, professional and contractual requirements. A non-cash exchange may still have legal or tax consequences.
10. Multi-Party Exchanges and Teams
Members may create collaborative arrangements involving multiple participants.
Participation is voluntary and subject to acceptance of the applicable terms.
Members are responsible for agreeing their contributions, responsibilities and deliverables.
The creation of a team or exchange does not, by itself, establish employment, partnership, agency or a joint venture between Regal and participating members.
Regal may restrict arrangements involving prohibited activities, fraud, exploitation or other material safety concerns.
11. Jobs and Recruitment
ONE allows employers and recruiters to advertise vacancies and receive applications.
Employers may advertise an eligible job vacancy on ONE by ON3 for a fee of £9 per advertisement, covering a publication period of 30 calendar days from the date of publication. Advertisements are subject to employer verification and content approval. Payment does not guarantee publication of an advertisement that fails eligibility or moderation requirements. Renewal requires a further payment at the applicable advertised rate. Job applicants are not charged to apply.
The £9 advertising fee is inclusive of VAT where Regal 38i83 Ltd is VAT-registered. The total payable amount (£9.00) is displayed to employers before checkout. No additional fees are charged. Regal's VAT registration number, if applicable, will appear on the Stripe payment receipt.
Employers are responsible for ensuring that job advertisements are accurate, lawful and non-discriminatory.
Applicants may upload CVs, cover letters and other information for submission to employers.
Applicants authorise the relevant prospective employer to access the information submitted for the application process, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Employers must use applicant information only for legitimate recruitment purposes and comply with applicable data protection and employment laws.
Regal does not guarantee employment, interviews, offers or the accuracy of all employer representations.
Recruiter verification does not constitute a guarantee of the employer's conduct or financial standing.
Cancellation and refunds: An employer may request a full refund of the advertising fee if the advertisement has not yet been published (for example, where the advertisement is rejected by moderation before publication). Refunds for advertisements that have already been published are at Regal's discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Rejected advertisements: Where an advertisement fails moderation, the employer will be notified with reasons. The employer may edit and resubmit the advertisement for review at no additional cost, or request a refund of the advertising fee by contacting ONE Support.
Non-renewal: If an employer does not renew an advertisement before its 30-day publication period ends, the advertisement will automatically be closed and removed from public view. No further charge is applied.
Automatic expiry: Advertisements automatically expire after 30 calendar days from the date of publication. Employers may renew for a further 30 days by paying the applicable fee before or after expiry.
Applicable statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms affects an employer's statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. External Job Advertisements
ONE may display job vacancies supplied by authorised third-party providers, including Adzuna.
External vacancies will be identified as such and may link to third-party websites.
Applications for external vacancies take place through the relevant third-party platform or employer unless expressly stated otherwise.
Regal does not control the recruitment process, accuracy, availability or privacy practices of those third parties.
Users should review the applicable third-party terms before applying.
13. Community and ONE Live
ONE provides community features that may include posts, comments, images, videos, events, messages and live broadcasts.
Members must not publish content that:
• Is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or harassing.
• Promotes hatred, violence or exploitation.
• Contains child sexual abuse material or other prohibited sexual content.
• Infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Promotes prohibited goods or services.
• Misleads members about employment, investments or professional qualifications.
• Contains malicious links, scams or unsolicited spam.
• Otherwise breaches ONE's Community Standards.
Regal may use automated moderation and human review to identify potentially prohibited content.
Content may be restricted, removed or referred for review where reasonably necessary.
Members may report harmful content and request review of moderation decisions through the available support channels.
14. User Content and Intellectual Property
Members retain ownership of content they lawfully create and upload.
By publishing content on ONE, members grant Regal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format and distribute that content to the extent necessary to operate and promote the relevant Platform features.
This licence does not transfer ownership of the content to Regal.
Members must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and share their content.
Regal retains rights in the ONE brand, Platform software, design and other materials owned or licensed by Regal.
Users must not copy, misuse or commercially exploit Platform materials without appropriate permission.
15. Wallet, Points and Platform Features
ONE may display wallet-style interfaces, platform credits, points, activity information or other non-cash records.
These features are intended for Platform functionality and information purposes only.
The current ON3 Wallet is not a bank account, payment account, electronic money account or savings product.
Unless expressly and lawfully enabled, members cannot use these features to deposit money, hold monetary balances, transfer funds, withdraw cash or redeem platform points for money.
Any future regulated financial-services functionality would be subject to separate terms, eligibility requirements and applicable legal permissions.
16. Third-Party Services
ONE may integrate third-party providers for payments, identity verification, communication, job discovery, hosting and other services.
Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.
Regal is responsible for its own conduct and legal obligations but is not automatically responsible for independent third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.
17. Privacy and Data Protection
Regal processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Personal data may be processed for purposes including:
• Account registration and administration.
• Verification and fraud prevention.
• Service bookings and exchanges.
• Recruitment applications.
• Community participation.
• Customer support.
• Legal and regulatory compliance.
Members must not misuse personal information obtained through the Platform.
Members acting independently as service providers or employers may have their own data protection responsibilities.
Users may exercise applicable data protection rights through the Privacy Policy and GDPR Centre.
18. Safety and Prohibited Activities
ONE must not be used for:
• Fraud, scams or money laundering.
• Illegal financial services.
• Unlawful employment or recruitment activity.
• Exploitation, harassment or abuse.
• Misrepresentation of professional credentials.
• Sale or promotion of prohibited goods and services.
• Unauthorised collection or disclosure of personal data.
• Attempts to compromise Platform security.
• Circumvention of payment, verification or moderation controls.
Regal may investigate suspected breaches and take proportionate action, including restricting features, suspending accounts, removing content or reporting unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.
19. Account Suspension and Termination
Members may request account closure through the available account or support functions.
Regal may suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary because of:
• Material breaches of these Terms.
• Fraud or serious safety concerns.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Misuse of the Platform.
• Persistent prohibited activity.
Where appropriate, members will receive an explanation and an opportunity to seek review.
Termination does not automatically extinguish existing contractual obligations between members.
Regal may retain records where required for legal, regulatory, dispute-resolution or legitimate operational purposes.
20. Platform Availability
Regal aims to provide a reliable and accessible service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security incidents, technical faults or third-party service interruptions.
Regal may modify or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and any relevant contractual commitments.
Material changes affecting users' rights will be communicated appropriately.
21. Liability
Regal is responsible for losses arising from its own breach of contract, negligence or other conduct to the extent required by applicable law.
Regal does not generally assume responsibility for independent services supplied by members or for the performance of contracts entered into directly between members.
Regal does not guarantee the accuracy of all user-generated content, job advertisements or service descriptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Any contractual limitations of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law and must be interpreted fairly.
22. Complaints and Customer Support
Members may contact ONE Support regarding technical problems, payment concerns, disputes, accessibility issues, suspected fraud or other Platform matters.
Formal complaints will be handled under ONE's published Complaints Procedure.
Complaints concerning services provided by another member may need to be addressed directly with that provider, although ONE may assist where appropriate.
The Platform provides separate reporting mechanisms for fraud, abuse and safeguarding concerns.
23. Changes to These Terms
Regal may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, security requirements or operating arrangements.
Where changes materially affect members' rights or obligations, Regal will provide appropriate notice.
Updated Terms will identify their effective date.
Where required by law, members will be asked to accept revised Terms before continuing to use affected features.
24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law gives consumers the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
